What file formats are supported?
PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx / .doc) files are supported for both the denial letter and medical chart.
How large a medical chart can I upload?
Charts of 1,000+ pages are supported. The document parser processes files in streaming chunks to avoid memory issues regardless of size.
Is my patient data safe?
PII data is removed entirely before being processed by the LLM(AI Model) and is never permanently stored.
When will payment processing be available?
Payment processing via a major payment provider will be added in an upcoming release. Early users receive a free trial period.
